摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了聚丁烯/有机蒙脱土(PB/OMMT)复合材料,研究了不同的OMMT质量分数对复合材料阻隔性能和力学性能的影响,并通过吸油值进行阻隔性能的表征。结果表明,加入质量分数为1%的OMMT对复合材料的力学性能影响最小,且拉伸强度有所提高,但阻隔性能并无改善,随着OMMT质量分数的增加,复合材料的阻隔性能和力学性能均有所下降,但当加入质量分数为7%的OMMT时,阻隔性能明显得到提高。由X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察研究复合材料的结晶性能和层状形貌可知,当加入质量分数为7%的OMMT时,PB的异相成核增多,OMMT的间距更易被拉开,形成插层结构,有利于阻隔性能的提高。
Polybutene/organic montmorillonite(PB/OMMT)composites was prepared by melt blending.The effects of different OMMT mass fraction on the barrier properties and mechanical properties of the composites were studied and the barrier properties was characterized by oil absorption.The results showed that the effect of adding OMMT with a mass fraction of 1% on the mechanical properties of the composites was the smallest,and the tensile strength was enhanced,but the barrier properties was not improved.With the increase of OMMT mass fraction,the barrier properties and mechanical properties of the composites decreased.While adding OMMT with a mass fraction of 7%,the barrier properties was significantly improved.The crystallinity and lamellar morphology of the composites were investigated by XRD and SEM.It was found that the heterogeneous nucleation of PB increased when the mass fraction of 7% OMMT was added,and the space of OMMT was more likely to be opened,forming the intercalation structure,which was beneficial to improve the barrier performance.
