摘要
通过调整聚合配方制备了不同结合苯乙烯含量、不同门尼黏度的丁苯橡胶样品。按照GB/T 8656—1998的方法,对制备的丁苯橡胶进行了测试。实验发现,丁苯橡胶拉伸强度随着门尼黏度的增加而增加;相同门尼黏度下,当结合苯乙烯质量分数为28%时,拉伸强度可以达到最大值。
The styrenebutadiene rubber(SBR)samples with different styrene combined contents and different Mooney viscosities samples were prepared by adjusting the polymerization formula.According to the method of GB/T 8656—1998,different structure SBR samples were tested.The results of test showed that the tensile strength of SBR increases with the increase of Mooney viscosity.Under the condition of same Mooney viscosity,the tensile strength can be maximized when the styrene combined content is 28%.
