碳纳米管增强丁腈橡胶的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了两种碳纳米管用量对丁腈橡胶硫化特性、力学性能、耐磨性能、导电性能和导热性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察了碳纳米管在橡胶中的分散情况。结果表明,随着两种碳纳米管用量的增加,胶料的扭矩增加,硫化时间延长;加入两种碳纳米管,橡胶的拉伸强度下降,加入碳纳米管B的橡胶的拉伸强度下降得较严重,而撕裂强度都升高,加入碳纳米管B的橡胶的撕裂强度升高的幅度较大;加入两种碳纳米管,橡胶的耐磨性能、导电性能和导热性能都提高,与加入碳纳米管A的橡胶相比,加入碳纳米管B橡胶的耐磨性能较好,导电性能较差,两者的导热性能区别不大。由扫描电子显微镜观察拉伸试样断面可知,碳纳米管A在橡胶基体中的分散性较好,碳纳米管B与橡胶基体的相容性较好。 The effects of two kinds of carbon nanotubes on the curing characteristics,mechanical properties,wear resistance electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of NBR were studied,and the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in rubber by scanning electron microscopy was observed.The results showed that with the increase of the content of two kinds of carbon nanotubes,the rubber vulcanization torque increased,curing time prolonged;after adding two kinds of carbon nanotubes,the tensile strength of rubber decreased,the tensile strength of rubber added carbon nanotubes B decreased more serious.The tear strength increased,and the tear strength of rubber added carbon nanotubes B incresed more.The wear resistance,electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of the rubber were improved by adding two kinds of carbon nanotubes.Compared with the rubber added carbon nanotubes A,the rubber added carbon nanotubes B had better wear resistance and poor electrical conductivity,and their thermal conductivity was almost same.Known by scanning electron microscope,the dispersion of carbon nanotubes A in rubber matrix was better,and the compatibility of B and rubber matrix was better.
