摘要
标准物质的研制过程中其样品的均匀性检验与稳定性检验是必不可少的环节,因此在研制异戊橡胶IR 70门尼黏度标准物质时,依据一级标准物质技术规范进行研制,并在ML100℃1+4条件下检验和评价该门尼黏度标准物质的均匀性与稳定性。由于异戊橡胶IR 70门尼黏度标准物质的均匀性检验的F值为1.62。小于临界值2.31,则异戊橡胶样品均匀;对异戊橡胶IR 70样品在烘箱60℃的条件下及室温条件下分别考察短期、长期稳定性,稳定性检验值均小于临界值,样品门尼黏度没有明显变化,异戊橡胶IR 70的稳定良好。异戊橡胶IR 70门尼黏度的均匀性和稳定性符合一级标准物质技术规范,满足标准物质研制的相关要求。
It is necessary to test homogeneity and stability of the samples during the development of the reference material,therefore,isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity(IR 70)standard material was developed according to specifications of the primary reference material,and inspection and evaluation of uniformity and stability of isoprene rubber Mooney(IR 70)viscosity standard substance at ML100℃1+4.F value of uniformity test was 1.62,less than critical value 2.31,that showed samples were uniform;inspecting short-time stability at 60℃ and long-time stability of room temperature,the test values were less than critical value,that showed samples were stable.Stability and uniformity of isoprene rubber(IR)70Mooney viscosity conformed to specifications of the primary reference material,and meeted requirements of development of standard material.
