创新教育视域中主体性人格培育的理论逻辑及路径探析

摘要 围绕优秀创新型人才培养这一紧要问题,从马克思主义人学视角讨论了创新与主体性人格培育的关系,分析了在创新教育中主体性人格所呈现出的"自主性、独立性、创造性、自律性、共融性"等表征。基于人格社会化理论,提出从"价值引领"、"心理认同"、"行为塑造"、"文化养成"四重进路来开展主体性人格培育,培养优秀创新型人才。 The paper discussed the relationship between innovation and subjective personality training from the perspective of Marxist humanism around the subject matter of the excellent innovative talents training.It analyzed the subjective personality characterization including autonomy,independence,creativity,self-discipline and communion in the innovation education.Based on the socialization of personality theory,it is presented to carry out the subjective personality training in four aspects including value leading,psychological identity,behavior shaping and culture edification to cultivate the excellent innovative talents.
