摘要
根据建筑层数的不同,对我国14个轨道交通建设城市的228栋建筑变形实测数据进行分类统计分析,得出了不同类型建筑变形值的整体分布形态以及统计数值的最大值、最小值、平均值和标准差,明确了工程周边建筑的变形控制现状。综合建(构)筑物变形的主要影响因素,划分了两级风险因素,采用二级模糊综合评判模型进行了建筑风险管控现状的评价,结果表明,目前工程周边建筑风险管控现状属于高风险,实际工程中应加强对中高层、高层建筑的变形控制。
According to the number of the building floors,the 228 buildings deformation data are statistically analysed around urban rail transit and underground engineering in 14 cities in China.The integral distribution of building deformation data includes the minimum,the average and the standard deviation of the statistic data.So the present situation of building(structure) deformation control is known.The main deformation of buildings(structure) are divided into two risk factors.The building(structure) risk control situation is evaluated by two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models.The results show that the risk management and control are seriously high and the deformation control of middle and tall buildings(structure) should be paid more attention.It can be used as the reference for the environmental risk control evaluation.
