摘要 纳米银材料的性能主要是由其微观尺寸和形貌决定,制备形貌均匀、高纯度且尺寸可控的一维纳米银,即纳米银线材料,具有重要的应用价值。采用引入控制剂的多元醇化学还原法快速制备纳米银线,研究了控制剂剂量和浓度对产物形貌的影响。在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和硝酸银的浓度比为6∶1,当二水氯化铜的浓度为5 mmol/L,剂量为700μL时,可以批量制备出线长为10μm以上、线径150 nm左右、长径比为70的高纯度纳米银线材料。可用于透明显示、生物制药、印刷电路等领域。 The performance of silver nanostructure material is determined by its microscopic size and morphology.Therefore,it is particularly important to prepare uniform,highly purified,and size-controllable one dimensional silver nanostructure,i.e.silver nanowires.Silver nanowires(Ag NWs) were fabricated by polyhydric alcohol chemical reduction method,and the effects of the volume and concentration of the induced control agent on the morphology of the product was also investigated.When the concentration ratio of PVP and silver nitrate was 6 ∶1,the concentration of CuCl2·2H2O was 5 mmol/L,and the volume of CuCl2·2H2O was 700 μL,high purity silver nanowires with the length of above 10 μm, diameter of about 150 nm,and slenderness ratio of 70,were produced on a large scale.Silver nanowires have extensive applications in transparent display,biological pharmaceuticals,and printed circuit,etc.
