S Zorb装置运行中问题及处理

摘要 S Zorb技术是康菲公司开发的主要针对FCC汽油馏分的吸附脱硫技术,广泛应用于生产国V标准清洁汽油的炼油企业。装置运行中存在ME-101大法兰泄露、闭锁料斗程控球阀磨损严重、E101A-F结垢及大法兰泄露、反应器接收器D-105收料不畅、在线分析仪故障等问题,以上问题影响装置加工负荷和汽油产品质量。中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司2015年5月投产0.9 Mt/a S Zorb装置开工初期遇到往复机振动大、装置反应器顶部过滤器ME-101与反应器连接大法兰泄漏、装置ME-109过滤器频繁堵塞、闭锁料斗程控球阀频繁故障、在线分析仪故障、闭锁料斗核料位计指示失真等问题并及时处理,开工后对操作参数进行优化,保证装置稳定运行。 The S-Zorb technology is mainly about adsorption desulphurization of FCC gasoline fraction,developed by Conoco Phillips(COP) company.It′s widely used in refinery enterprises,which produce clean gasoline in accordance with Standard V in China.During operation,there were many problems,such as ME-101 flange leaking,program control ball valve of lock hopper worn badly,E101A-F scaling and flange leaking,reactor receiver D-105 receiving malfunction,online analyzer malfunction,and so on,which affected unit process load and the quality of product gasoline.The 0.9 Mt/a S Zorb(Catalysis Gasoline Adsorption Desulfurizing) unit was into construction in SINOPEC Tianjin Branch and went into production in May,2015.During initial start-up period,there were many problems,such as high vibratility value of reciprocating compressor,flange leaking connected between top filter ME-101 and reactor,frequent jamming in filter ME-109,frequent breakdown of program control ball valve of lock hopper,nuclear level instruction indication distortion on lock hopper,online analyzer malfunction and so on.Yet the problems were solved in time. Later,the operating parameters were optimized and the steady operation was guaranteed.
