转化糖注射液及肌氨肽苷联合应用对糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的疗效

摘要 目的观察转化糖注射液联合肌氨肽苷注射液治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法对我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的发病6h^7天的脑梗死患者100例,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组50例患者给予常规抗凝、降血液粘滞度、降低纤维蛋白原、脑细胞保护药物和对症处理,研究组50例患者在对照组的治疗基础上给予静脉滴注转化糖注射液和肌氨肽苷注射液治疗,并对两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分进行统计分析。结果两组患者的临床疗效比较,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论转化糖注射液联合肌氨肽苷治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的效果显著,可有效促进神经功能恢复,降低脑梗死致残率,值得临床推广使用。 O bjective To observe the clinical curative effect of diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarctiontreatment with invert sugar injection and ammonia peptide glycosides injection. M ethods 100 patients with cerebralinfarction which attacked 6 h to 7 days from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were divided intocontrol group and treatment group according to different therapeutic schedule. 50 cases were in the each group.Control group was given routine anticoagulant, lower blood viscosity and fibrinogen,protect drug for brain cells andsymptomatic treatment. The treatment group was based on the treatment of control group given intravenous drip ofinvert sugar injection and muscle ammonia peptide injection. Before and after treatment the patients neural functiondefect scale of two groups were analyzed. R esults The nerve function defect score in the patients of treatmentgroup was significantly lower than the control group (P 〈C0. 05). Comparison two groups of curative effect, thetreatment group is significantly higher than the control group (P 〈C0. 05). Conclusion The effect is remarkablein treatment of diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction with invert sugar injection and ammonia peptideglycosides which can effectively promote the nerve functional recovery, reduce the morbidity of cerebral infarction.
