罗伊适应模式在大面积烧伤患者中的应用研究

Application of Roy adaptation model in large area burn patients

目的探讨罗伊适应模式在大面积烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法将2012年1月~2016年1月我科收治的大面积烧伤患者40例随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组运用罗伊适应护理模式进行护理,对照组按常规护理模式进行护理,观察比较两组护理干预前、后领悟社会支持评分情况。结果实验组实施罗伊适应护理模式护理后,领悟社会支持评分的分值显著提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗伊适应模式能增加大面积烧伤患者的个体感受,领悟社会支持评分明显改善,被尊重、被支持和被理解的情绪体验或满意程度明显增加。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention mode to adapt to the large area of the burn patients inthe clinical application of R o y , perceived social support score score is greatly improved, so that the individual feelingscan be improved in different degrees, think in the society to be respected and supported and understood the emotionalexperience or satisfaction increase. M ethods the patients with large area burn of January 2012 ？2016year in January in our department, all of the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, experimentalgroup application of Roy adaptation mode in nursing, while the control group received the conventionalnursing care. R esults The scores of perceived social support score of patients with nursing intervention weregreatly improve. Conclusion The nursing intervention model of Roy adaptation can increase the patients individualfeelings,so that the individual feelings can be improved in different degrees, think in the society to be respectedand supported and understood the emotional experience or satisfaction increase.
