摘要
目的:掌握下颌第三磨牙根管系统的解剖形态。方法:从临床收集拔除的下颌第三磨牙76个。显微CT扫描后Mimics 17.0软件进行三维重建,从不同视角观察根管系统的解剖形态,统计分析髓角、根管、侧副根管的发生情况。结果:76个下颌第三磨牙中,融合性单根管系统22例(28.9%),其中C形根管18例;近、远中双根管系统52例(68.4%);76例中,近中根管1-1型35例,远中根管1-1型49例;3根型磨牙2例(2.6%)。侧副根管的发生率为60.5%(46/76)。结论:下颌第三磨牙根管系统的解剖变异类型虽多,但多数情况下根管分化程度低。
AIM: To investigate the root canal anatomy of the madibular third molars. METHODS: 76 madibular third molars were collected from the dental clinics. The teeth were scanned by a micro-CT scanner. After3 D reconstruction by Mimics 17. 0 software,the tooth anatomy was examined in different views. The occurrence pattern of the pulp horns,different types of the canals and accessory canals were analyzed. RESULTS: Among the 76 third molars,22 teeth had a single root canal system( 28. 9%) and 18 had a C-shaped canal; 52 molars( 68. 4%) had both a mesial and a distal separated root canal system,and they frequently had a simple type 1-1 canal( 35 cases for the mesial,and 49 for the distal canal system); three-rooted forms were observed in 2 molars( 2. 6%). The frequency of accessory canals was 60. 5%( 46/76). CONCLUSION: The root canal system of the madibular third molars may exhibit many variation forms. Whereas in most cases,the degree of the canal differentiation is at a low level.
