旋转磁场对钢包浇注末期底部钢液旋涡的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢包浇注末期,会出现旋涡下渣现象,严重影响钢液的利用率以及产品质量。提出了旋转磁场优化钢包浇注末期旋涡下渣的设想,并采用物理模拟方法研究与分析了不同旋转磁场对钢包浇注末期旋涡的影响。结果表明,钢包浇注末期旋涡的产生主要是由初始角动量引起的;钢包底部旋转磁场能够改善钢包浇注过程中钢液的流动行为;适当的旋转磁场能显著降低旋涡的临界高度,并对旋涡的产生和发展具有明显的抑制作用。 At the final steps of the ladle teeming,vortex roughing slag will occur. It will reduce the utilization of the liquid steel and have an impact on the quality of the final product. The rotating magnetic field was proposed to improve the vortex formation during the ladle teeming final process. The influence of the rotating magnetic field on the vortex was studied and analyzed by the physical simulation method. The results showed that the vortex was mainly caused by the initial angular momentum during the final process of ladle teeming; the rotating magnetic field under the ladle would affect the behavior of the liquid steel; the appropriate magnetic field would reduce the critical height of the vortex and control the formation and development of the vortex.
