摘要 分析异形圆柱滚子轴承内圈结构特点和加工难点,基于初拟内圈磨加工工艺在试生产中出现的问题,通过分析试验确定了优化后的磨削工艺流程,满足了产品各项精度要求。 The structural characteristics and processing difficulties are analyzed for inner rings of special shaped cylindrical roller bearings.Based on initial drafting of problems about grinding process for inner rings during trial production,the optimized grinding process is determined through analysis test,and the various accuracy demands of products are met.
