金相复膜法在风电变桨轴承检验中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 大型变桨轴承的滚道热处理质量直接影响轴承的承载能力和耐磨性,滚道的金相组织是考察热处理质量的重要指标,切片检测法具有破坏性,且检测成本高、耗时长。以某变桨轴承为例,探讨了金相复膜法在变桨轴承滚道金相组织检测中的应用,将金相复膜法检测结果和切片法结果进行对比,结果表明,金相复膜法可以有效地检测轴承滚道的金相组织,节省了检测成本和时间,可以实现轴承滚道金相的无损检测。 The heat treatment quality for raceway directly affects load capacity and wear resistance of large-scale pitch bearing,the microstructure of raceway is an important index for investigating heat treatment quality.The slicing detection method has shortcoming of destructiveness,high detecting cost and consuming time.Taking a pitch bearing as an example,the application of metallographic membrane method in inspection of microstructure of raceway is discussed.The detecting results obtained by metallographic membrane method are compared with those obtained by slicing method.The results show that the microstructure of raceway is effectively detected by metallographic membrane method,the cost and time are saved greatly,and the nondestructive inspection of microstructure of raceway is realized.
