杭企职工在岗教育实施现状及问题探究

The present situation and problems in the implementation of on-the-job education of Hangzhou enterprise staff

为了解杭企职工在岗教育情况,初期通过对杭州数家代表性的企业进行走访,同时运用专家访谈、问卷调查等基础方式展开调查,再经社会服务项目让高校教师深入企业内部把握企业在岗教育现状,从中发现企业的一些共通问题。通过本次研究,为后期的在岗教育改善奠定基础。

To understand the implementation of on-the-job education of Hangzhou enterprise staff,we carried out an investigation on several representative enterprises in Hangzhou by interview,expert interview,questionnaire survey,etc.on the preliminary stage,then,we let the teachers of colleges and universities entered the enterprise to learn the current situation of staff on-the-job education based on social services projects by which some common problems in enterprises are found. Through this research,we can grasp the current situation and lay a foundation for improving later on-the-job education.
