心理护理在重症ICU病房的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the effect of psychological nursing in severe ICU ward

为观察并评估在重症ICU病房中心理护理应用效果,采用回顾性分析方法选择2015年5月—2017年2月期间我院重症监护病房接收的100例患者,以患者病情与体质特征为基点推行常规护理干预措施的基础上,联合心理护理。结果:在监护过程中,患者的生命体征(心率、血压)均有好转,并日益趋于正常值,有27例患者心率大幅度回升,24例患者血压大幅度回升。患者焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、敌对各项症状评分与护理前相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者进行心理护理前后心率、血压指标比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。心理护理模式实施后,患者对护理满意度与护理前相比较,显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在重症ICU病房应用,能有效改善患者心理环境,优化临床治疗效果与医护关系,有助于患者早日康复,在临床治疗中具有普及与应用价值。

In order to observe and evaluate the effect of psychological nursing in intensive ICU ward,100 patients received from our hospital intensive care unit during the period from May 2015 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Routine nursing interventions were implemented based on the joint psychological care. In the monitoring process,the patient＇s vital signs（ heart rate,blood pressure） have improved,and increasingly tend to normal,27 patients with heart rate have rebounded significantly,24 patients with a significant rebound in blood pressure. The scores of anxiety,depression,fear and hostility were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in heart rate and blood pressure between the patients before and after psychological care（ P〈0. 05）. After implementation of psychological care model,patient＇s satisfaction with nursing has significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）.The application of psychological nursing in the intensive ICU ward can effectively improve the psychological environment of patients,optimize the clinical treatment and health care relationship,help patients to recover,which has universal and application value in clinical treatment.
