中西方大学文化研究对高校学习文化建设的启示——以山西某高校为例

The enlightenment of culture construction in our university through cultural research in Chinese and Western universities——a case study of a university in Shanxi province

西方的大学文化有着悠久的历史,也取得了杰出的成就。在我国大学文化建设中,要借鉴西方的优秀文化,将中国传统文化的精华和西方教育的积极成果相结合。从中西方大学校园建筑文化、中西方教育家不同的思想理念、师生行为三方面探讨中西方学习文化的差异,借鉴国外的宝贵经验,提升我校学习文化的水平。

Western university culture has a long history and has achieved outstanding achievements. In the construction of university culture in our country,we should learn from the excellent culture of the West and combine the essence of Chinese traditional culture with the positive results of western education. This paper explores the differences of architectural culture of Chinese and Western universities,the different ideas of Chinese and Western educators,the behavior of teachers and students,and draws lessons from foreign valuable experience to enhance the level of learning culture.
