Analysis of the university psychological health education model based on the second level counseling station——taking “chengzhangba”of University of Electronic Science and Technology as an example

近年来大学生心理问题频发,社会对大学生心理健康的关注度越来越高。如何构建行之有效的心理健康教育模式,帮助大学生树立健康意识,优化心理素质,增强心理调适能力,预防和缓解心理问题显得尤为重要。本文阐述了二级心理辅导站建立的意义、定位及作用,并且重点对此种教育模式进行探析。

In recent years,the psychological events of college students are frequent happened,and the society pays more and more attention to the mental health of college students. How to construct an effective mental health education model to help college students establish healthy consciousness,optimize their psychological quality,and strengthen their psychological adjustment ability,is of vital importance to prevent and alleviate psychological problems. This paper expounds the significance,orientation and function of the establishment of the second level psychological counseling station,and probes into this mode of education.
