以庭审为中心的法学实践教学创新——湖南师范大学法学院“三段六步”实战教学法模式分析

On the Innovation of the Legal Practical Teaching Focusing on Court Trial——Analysis on the Sanduan-Liubu Legal Teaching Method of the Law School of Hunan Normal University

为适应时代和社会对高素质法治人才培养的要求,湖南师范大学法学院联合长沙市中级人民法院,首创性推出"以庭审为中心、三段六步全程参与式"实战教学法。该教学法综合了目前我国法学院普遍采用的各实践教学模式的优势,有效克服各自的弊端。在设计思路上遵循"犯错、纠错、攻错"的认知规律,在内容上有机整合模拟型教学、观摩型教学、知识型教学、研究型教学等实践教学课程,经过教学实践证明,该教学法是卓有成效的,实现了对学生法学技能、法律思维双重培养目标,完善了法学教育体系,促进法学教育界与法律实务界的无障碍交流。

In order to meet the need to cultivate the brilliant talents of the rule of law in our era and society, the law school of Hunan Normal University, cooperating with Changsha City Intermedi-ate People Court, originates A Mock Court Comparative with Real Trial Legal Teaching Method （San-duan-Liubu Teaching Legal Method）. This legal teaching method synthesizes the advantages of all the legal practical teaching methods in Chinese University and overcomes their disadvantages effi-ciently. This legal teaching method complies by the basic teaching rule of making-mistakes, correc- ting-mistakes and attacking-mistakes,integrating the mimicking method,observing method, acqui-ring-knowledge method and studying method. The practice of teaching has proved so efficient that it can realize the double teaching aids of cultivating the students, legal skills and legal thinking, con-summate the legal teaching system, and promote the communication of legal education circles and judicial practice sectors without obstacles.
