矿山开采沉陷类项目基金资助现状与学科发展方向展望——基于国家自然科学基金资助的视角

Current situation and development direction of mining subsidence projects supported by NSFC

为更好把握国家自然科学基金委员会未来对矿山开采沉陷类项目优先资助领域,更加有力地服务于矿山安全绿色高效开采,从国家自然科学基金委员会对矿山开采沉陷类项目总体资助情况、项目类别、依托单位分布情况、项目资助主要领域等方面,分析了1997—2016年间矿山开采沉陷类基金项目资助现状,提出在今后5~15 a内,应紧紧围绕矿山绿色开采的战略目标,重点资助开采沉陷类主要研究方向和优先发展领域,阐明了相关保障措施与建议,以期为开采沉陷科研工作者提供参考。

In order to grasp precedence funding fields of mining subsidence projects financely supported by NSFC,and in the future service for safe,green and efficient mining perfectly,from total funded situation of mining subsidence,project classification,distribution situation of project dependent units,major funding fields and so on,the authors analyzed the funding status of mining subsidence projects from 1997 to 2016. In the future 5 to 15 years,focusing on national strategic target of green mining,key directions and precedence development fields of mining subsidence projects that should be mainly financed,and relevance safeguard measures and suggestions were proposed,so that reference is provided for science researchers of mining subsidence.
