郑州市生态安全评价与对策研究

Evaluation and strategy of urban ecological security——A case of Zhengzhou city

对郑州市2006—2015年10 a间城市生态安全指标提取和处理,建立郑州市的城市生态安全评价指标体系,然后通过主成分分析法计算各指标的权重,对郑州市10 a间的城市生态安全进行实证研究,发现近10 a来郑州市生态安全呈现向好趋势,并进一步找出了影响郑州市生态安全的主要因素,包括工业废气排放、单位GDP能耗、单位GDP水耗、万人卫生机构数、万人大学生数等,并针对郑州市生态安全提出5点对策:加大环保力度,加强废气排放治理;严格实施《郑州市大气污染防治工作实施方案(2014—2018年)》;城市化进程中要防止人均资源下降;倡导绿色消费,发展循环经济;增加科教投入,加强生态文明建设。

Through the extraction and processing of ecological security index in Zhengzhou city from 2006 to 2015,the ecological security evaluation system of city is established. The weight of each index is calculated by principal component analysis. Empirical study of the urban ecological security in Zhengzhou city is done. The results show that ecological security in Zhengzhou city show good trend in recent ten years,Further more,the main factors affecting the ecological safety of Zhengzhou city are found,which are including industrial waste gas emission,energy consumption per unit GDP,water consumption per unit GDP,number of health institutions of ten thousand of people,and number of college students of ten thousand of people. Five countermeasures for ecological security in Zhengzhou city are put forward：Intensify environmental protection and strengthen the emissions control;Strict implementation of ＂air pollution prevention and control plan of Zhengzhou city（ from 2014 to 2018） ＂; Preventing the decline of per capita resources in the process of urbanization;Promoting green consumption and developing circular economy;Increasing investment in science and education and strengthening the construction of ecological civilization.
