摘要
为使双向DC/DC变换器以适合的电感值达到输入输出电流纹波小、输出电压纹波小的安全需求,提出一种交错式三电平低纹波双向DC/DC变换器,该变换器适用于一些极端变换或者高电压变换的场合,如光伏发电系统、不间断电源和分布式发电等场合。详细叙述了该交错式三电平低纹波双向DC/DC变换器的工作原理,分析了稳定状态下变换器的输出电压,电流纹波,输出电压纹波及开关管承受电压应力,并得到主要工作波形。波形图和分析结果表明,该变换器采用交错对称式电路结构,具有输入输出电流连续,输出电压纹波小,开关管电压应力低,输出电压范围大及输出三电平的优势。
In order to meet the security requirements of the small input and output current ripple and the small output voltage ripple of bidirectional DC/DC converter with the appropriate inductance value,a interleaved type of three level low ripple bidirectional DC/DC converter was proposed. It is suitable for some extreme transform or high voltage transform,such as photovoltaic power generation systems,UPS and distributed power generation,etc. The operating principle of it was described in detail,and the output voltage,ripple current,output voltage ripple and voltage stress of the converter under steady state were analyzed,and the main work wave forms were obtained. The waveform figures and analysis results show that the bidirectional DC/DC converter has the advantage of continuous input/output current,low output voltage ripple,low voltage stress of switch,large range of output voltage and three level output with the interleaved symmetric circuit structure.
