住宅区开放趋势下边缘空间功能创新的探索

Study on the functional innovation of edge space under the trend of opening the residential area

住宅区边缘空间因其特性和功能定位,在住宅区规划利用过程中承担着重要的功能,但是在封闭式大型住宅区的"圈地"现象严重、城市肌理被割裂的情况下,边缘空间的利用形式较为单一,承载作用体现不明显.结合国家新出台的《关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》,通过分析封闭式小区和开放式住宅区功能模式,从提升优化社区功能、补充完善城市功能、修复健全生态功能的角度入手,探讨街区制模式下规划建设过程中边缘空间的定位变化与创新利用,研究住宅区边缘空间使用方式和效能提升的问题,期待对我国街区制居住区推广过程中的规划管理产生有益的影响.

Because of its characteristics and function orientation, the edge space of residential area plays an important role in the planning and utilization of residential area. However,in the case of “ enclosure” phenomenon in large enclosed residential area and the urban space is fragmented,the utilization form of edge space is more single and vague in bearing the role. This article on the analysis of closed and open type residential area function model？ combines the nation^s new policy Several Suggestions on Further Strengthening the Urban Planning and Construction Management from the perspective of promoting the community functions？ improves the urban functions by repairing the ecological function, and discusses the positio-ning change and creatively utilization of edge space during the planning and construction process with public road system mode,and studies the usage mode and performance improve-ment of edge space in residential area. It is expected that it will have a beneficial impact on planning and management during the promotion process of public road system mode residen-tial area in China.
