磁路法计算电磁轴承电磁力的误差分析及修正 被引量:1

摘要 针对经典的电磁力磁路计算方法忽略了三类非线性因素而得到的线性电磁力模型与实际的非线性电磁力模型之间存在误差的问题,采用引入修正系数法来减小误差.在电磁力三大数学模型的基础上,分析了磁路法计算电磁轴承电磁力的误差来源,并以10kWh飞轮储能系统电磁轴承为实验对象,通过对比电磁力仿真结果和实验结果对误差进行了定性分析,并采用引入修正系数法对误差进行了定量修正计算.仿真和实验结果表明,采用引入修正系数法计算的电磁力误差相对较小,更加接近实测值,此方法可用于指导实际的工程设计. Aiming at the problem that the linear electromagnetic force model obtained by the classical electromagnetic force magnetic circuit method,the paper neglects the three kinds of nonlinear factors and has some errors with the actual nonlinear electromagnetic force model by using the correction coefficient method to reduce the error.From the three mathematical models of electromagnetic force,it analyzes the error sources of magnetic force of electromagnetic bearing calculated by the magnetic circuit method,and based on 10 kWh flywheel energy storage electromagnetic bearing.And the error is qualitatively analyzed by comparing the simulation results of electromagnetic force with the experimental results,and corrected by introducing correction coefficient.Simulation and experimental results show that the electromagnetic force on introducing the correction coefficient reduces the error,and is closer to the measured value.This method can be used in practical engineering design.
