中西部进城务工人员回流就近城镇化研究——背景、综述及研究框架

The Nearby Urbanization of Returning Migrant Rural Workers in Midwest of China:Background,Literature Review and Research Framework

近年来,外出进城务工人员回流后的就近城镇化现象方兴未艾。在介绍相关研究背景及意义的基础上,对近年国内研究现状进行简要回顾,提出回流进城务工人员就近城镇化问题的基本研究框架是通过社区观察、深度访谈、问卷调查与比较研究等研究方法的综合运用,至少涵盖四项基本研究内容:相关理论研究与经验梳理、影响因素及其交互关系、需求评估及其量化分析以及能够对回流进城务工人员就近城镇化进行有序引导的对策体系设计,并将之细化为回流进城务工人员就近城镇化意愿与行动的内在转化逻辑、相关多重因素交互作用的统计学探讨、回流后的就业机会与公共服务需求的保障、回流进城务工人员"现代性生长"等需要进一步研究突破的四个关键问题。

Research on the nearby urbanization has been in the ascendant in recent years. Based on introductions of research background and significance,the current situation of domestic research is first briefly reviewed in this article. The basic research framework is put forward including four major research methods,four basic research contents and four key issues about nearby urbanization of returning migrant rural workers. The four major research methods are community observation,depth interview,questionnaire survey and comparative study. The four basic research contents are related theoretical and empirical analysis,influencing factors and their interaction,quantitative needs assessment,countermeasure system with guiding significance. About the problem of nearby urbanization of returning migrant rural workers,the four key issues needed to break through are the internal transformation logic of willingness and behavior,the statistical approach to the interaction of multiple factors,employment opportunities and public service demand,cultivation of modernity after returning to countryside.
