云南边疆民族地区村“两委”干部履职状况调查

Cadres' Duty Performance Condition of Two Committees in Yunnan Ethnic Minority Area

通过对来自云南省16个州市的945名村"两委"干部的问卷调查、访谈,了解到第五届村"两委"干部综合素质高,工作经验丰富,能力强,能较好地履行工作职责,在促进民族团结、经济发展等方面做出了贡献,但在实际工作中也存在一些困难和不足。为此针对云南省民族地区村"两委"干部工作的实际情况和他们的愿望与诉求,为加强村干部队伍建设提出相关建议和意见。

This study finds that cadres of the 5th＂Two Committees＂are with high comprehensive quality,rich work experience,strong ability,and they can carry outresponsibilities better,as well as contribute to national unity and economic development,but there are some difficulties and shortcomings in practical work,through the questionnaires interviews of 945 ＂Two Committees ＂cadres from 16 counties of Yunnan Province. For the current situations,it offers some suggestions to cadres＇ working ability of ethnic minority area in Yunnan Province.
