摘要
深入了解地方新建本科院校应用慕课教学的现状是慕课在地方新建本科院校有利开展的前提。在展示慕课在地方新建本科院校应用现状的基础上,从地方新建本科院校对慕课的态度、优质慕课与地方新建本科院校人才培养需求的差异、慕课的低完成率以及学生对慕课的接受程度等方面分析了慕课应用受阻的原因;又从师资欠缺、课程质量不高、课堂教学模式的僵化以及人才培养的同质化等反推应用慕课教学的合理性。在此基础上,从慕课推行的理念、政策、培训以及建设模式等角度就慕课在地方新建本科院校的应用提出了具体建议。
A deep understanding of the current application of MOOCs teaching at newly established local undergraduate colleges is a prerequisite for them to be implemented effectively. Based on a detailed account of how MOOCs are being carried out,this paper analyzes the reasons why these colleges are resistant to MOOCs in regard to their attitudes toward MOOCs,the differences between high-quality MOOCs and the colleges' needs for talent cultivation,the Low completion rate of MOOCs as well as the acceptability of MOOCs among students. Considering faculty deficiency,poor quality of the courses,rigid classroom teaching methods and homogeneity of the talent cultivation,the implementation of MOOCs teaching is justified though. Accordingly,some specific suggestions are provided concerning the notion,policy,training and construction mode of MOOCs for newly established local undergraduate colleges.
