Military Education Policies Revised for the Jiont Force 2020

为适应"2020年联合部队"建设发展对军事人才培养的需求,美军发布了新修订的2015年版院校教育政策,包括《军官职业军事教育政策》《士兵职业军事教育政策》《国防大学政策》。作为规范美军院校教育和人才培养的指导性文件,新版政策提出,要健全"四位一体"军事人才培养体系,突出联合人才培养在院校教育中的优先地位,对院校的人才培养制度和培养目标进行创新设计,对联合教育的课程体系和教学内容进行优化整合。

In 2015, for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Staff issused Officer Professional Military Education Policy, Enlisted Professional Military Education Policy, and National Defense University Policy,which have been revised to meet the challenges of joint leader development for Joint Force 2020. In the revised polices,it is proposed that joint leader development for Joint Force2020 should be the product of a learning continuum comprised of training,experience,education,and self-development,in which Desired Leader Attributes must be incorporated over time to both officer and enlisted leader development, and in which appropriate curriculum content must be included in accordance with new concepts and theories of joint operations.
