摘要
文章针对兰新高速铁路运营中发生的330kV牵引变压器油色谱气体组分超标问题,通过变压器油样提取化验、油色谱数据检测及监视分析、三比值法分析、局部放电检测试验以及放油内检等措施,逐步查证330kV牵引变压器油色谱特征气体中乙炔、氢气组分含量攀升及超标的原因。最终确定330kV牵引变压器内部分接开关部位存有高能放电问题是造成油色谱数据中乙炔含量超标的直接原因,内部铁芯夹件撑板与夹件之间螺栓松动、拉带接地小辫未可靠接地或螺栓松动所造成的高温(低温)过热问题是导致油色谱数据中氢气含量超标的直接原因。在对分接开关进行更换,对夹件撑板、拉带接地小辫螺栓进行紧固后,对变压器充油,在变压器达到规定的运行时间后进行绝缘油色谱化验,各项特征气体组分含量数据正常。
The problem of 330 kv traction transformer oil chromatographic exceeded component in the Lan-Xin high-speed Railway when it is in service is studied in the paper. According to these methods( the transformer oil test、oil chromatography data analysis、three ratio analysis、partial discharge test、transformer internal inspection),we gradually confirmed that the characteristics of 330 kv traction transformer oil chromatographic and the reasons of the exceeded content of acetylene( C2H2) and hydrogen( H2). It is final certain that the inner tap switch of 330 kv traction transformer has discharged with high-energy, which is the direct reason of the exceeded acetylene( C2H2) levels in oil chromatographic data. It also illustrates the direct reason of the exceeded content of hydrogen( H2) in the data is that the looseness between the inner iron core and grounding bolt,which caused the problem of higher temperature or lower temperature. After changing the tap switch,strengthening the grounding bolt,and filling the oil into the transformer,the data of every kinds of gas component content tends to be normal,especially wh
