摘要
高速铁路电力供电电压等级及配电方式的选择是影响工程供配电系统技术标准选择、项目投资多寡以及运营维管工作量大小的决定性因素。规划设计中的池州至黄山(地区)铁路是以承担跨线中长途客流为主、旅游观光客流为辅、兼顾城际客流的客运专线。本文基于项目前期用电负荷的估算情况,结合地区电网现状,提出了10kV和35kV两种电压级别的电力供电方案,通过损耗、压降、充电功率补偿等技术标准比较,综合考虑投资及运营成本,推荐10kV电压等级供电方案,并从旅游城市市容美观考量出发推荐全电缆敷设方式。同时,文章还从技术、项目前期经济投入及项目后期运营等方面为区间及站区配电方式选择提供了原则性建议。
mThe electric power supply voltage level and distribution modes in high speed railway engineering are decisive factors in technical standard selection,investment amount and operation,maintenance and management workload.Chizhou Huangshan high speed railway in planning is an intercity dedicated passenger line which will undertake not only medium and long distance passenger flows but also tourist flows. Two electric power supply schemes with 10kV and 35kV voltage levels are proposed in this paper based on estimate of the pre-project power load and the regional power grid situation. By comparing the technical standards such as energy loss,voltage drop and charging power compensationand overall consideration of the investment and operation cost,10kV voltage electric power supply plan is recommended.Taking the city appearance into consideration,it is wise to use full cables laying. Meanwhile the paper provides principled recommendations on the selection of power distribution modes for section and station area from technology,economical input and post-stage operation,etc..
