摘要 城市轨道交通桥梁绝缘球型钢支座是在普通球型钢支座的基础上开发的一种新型支座,以球型钢支座为核心部件,采用最新研发的纤维增强树脂复合材料,在支座本体上部和下部均设置绝缘垫层形成两处电流阻隔点,在螺栓连接处加装传力套筒以保证螺栓处受力性能,使其在具备普通支座功能的基础上,能够有效避免城市轨道交通产生的杂散电流的传递。本文介绍了桥梁绝缘球型钢支座的结构形式及其工作机理,开展了对该新型支座绝缘性能及力学性能的相关试验验证。结果表明:该新型桥梁绝缘支座在具有普通支座传力功能的基础上,同时还具备了稳定可靠的绝缘性能,能够广泛推广应用于我国城市轨道交通的建设中。 Insulated sphericity steel bearing of urban rail transit is a kind of novel bearing,which is developed based on the general spherical steel bearing. Its core component is spherical steel bearing which is adopted with the latest research and development of fiber reinforced resin composites. Moreover,the upper and lower parts of the bearing are provided with an insulating cushion layer to form two current blocking points,and the sleeve is installed at locations of the bolt to ensure force performance. These protection measures can make the insulated bearing not only possess the functions of the general bearings,but also effectively avoid the transmission of stray current generated by urban rail transit. In this paper,the structure configuration and operation mechanism of insulated sphericity steel bearing is introduced,also,related experimental verification of mechanical property and insulation performance is carried out. The study results showthat the new type insulated bearing has stable and reliable insulation performance on the basis of the traditional bearings,and thus can be widely used in the construction of the urban rail transit in China.
