中条山有色金属集团磁选厂选矿工艺优化改进 被引量:3

摘要 针对中条山有色金属集团磁选厂精矿品位和粗精矿再磨机组生产能力偏低的现状,磁选厂采取了如下优化改进措施:1)对盘式磁选机回收的粗精矿进入闭路再磨之前进行了工艺改进,增设串联两台永磁筒式磁选机,粗精矿品位由原先的20%提高到45%;2)将立式螺旋搅拌磨筒体上端单溢流口方式排矿改为周边溢流堰方式排矿,磨机溢流-37μm粒级含量由50%~57%提高到56%~65%;3)对旋流器下锥体部件进行更换、对供浆参数进行优化调整,返砂比由650%~900%成功降至250%~400%。通过上述一系列改进,磁选厂最终达到了提高产能、优化分选指标的目的。 According to the low iron concentrate grade and low production capacity of the coarse concentrate regrinding unit,Zhongtiaoshan Nonferrous Metals Group Magnetic Separation Plant adopted the following optimization and improvement measures. 1) Improved the rough concentrate re-grinding process. With addition of two permanent magnetic separator in series,the rough concentrate grade increased by 25%. 2) Changed the single overflow discharge way of the vertical spiral stirred mill barrel to the surrounding drainage weir. The mill overflow-37 μm content increased from 50% to 57% to 56% to 65%. 3) The structure of the cyclone and the parameters of the ore feeding conditions were improved and adjusted,and the sand returning ratio decreased from 650% - 900% to about 250% - 400%. Through a series of improvements,the magnetic separation plant has finally achieved the goal of improving the production capacity and optimizing the separation index.
