摘要
目的探讨128排螺旋CT三维重建技术应用于颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治并手术确诊的125例(134个)颅内动脉瘤患者临床资料,患者均行颅脑CT三维重建及数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术。比较两种检查方法对颅内动脉瘤的检出率差异,并分析其对最大瘤体直径、诊断相关指标情况。结果 CT三维重建法对颅内动脉瘤检出率为94.8%稍低于DSA法97.0%,比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);CT三维重建法测得最大瘤体直径(5.72±2.13)mm稍高于DSA法(5.68±2.08)mm,比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);CT三维重建法对比剂剂量、检查耗时、检查费用均低于DSA法,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 128排螺旋CT三维重建技术对颅内动脉瘤检出率较高,其具有无创、直观、费用低、快捷的特点,可作为术前筛查和评估首选的方法,值得临床选择。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 125 patients (134 lesions) in-tracranial aneurysms, who admitted to our hospital. Patients underwent three-dimensional reconstruction of brain CT and digital subtraction angiography ( DSA) . We compared the detection rate of intracranial aneurysms with two kinds of examination methods, and analyzed the difference between the maximum tumor diameter and the diagnosis. Results The detection rate of intracranial aneurysms was 94. 8%, lower than that of DSA (97. 0%), and there was no significant difference ( P 〉0. 05). The detection rate of intracranial aneurysms (5. 72 ± 2. 13) mm was slightly higher than that of DSA method (5. 68 ± 2. 08) mm. There was no significant difference ( P 〉0. 05). The detection rate of intracranial aneurysms of contrast agent dose, check time-consuming, inspection costs were lower than the DSA method. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique has high detection rate of intracranial aneurysms, which is non-inva-sive, intuitive, low cost and fast. It can be used as the first choice for preoperative screening and evaluation.
