摘要 目的探讨MSCT动态增强靶扫描技术在肾上腺神经节细胞瘤中的应用价值,分析肾上腺神经节细胞瘤的CT表现。方法搜集经手术病理证实的肾上腺神经节细胞瘤11例,回顾性分析其临床资料、MSCT动态增强薄层靶扫描技术的应用及CT表现。结果本组11例病例均行MSCT动态增强薄层靶扫描技术,均行MPR多平面重建,肿块为圆形或椭圆形,其中2例可见"伪足征"。除1例为为完全囊性外,余10例均为单发均匀实性肿块,2例边缘可见弧形、点状钙化灶。平扫CT值为25~33HU,增强扫描后1例无强化,10例呈均匀轻度强化,强化幅度0~16HU。结论肾上腺神经节细胞瘤临床少见,具有一定的影像特征,结合MSCT动态增强薄层靶扫描技术,充分显示病变的大小、形态及动态增强变化,有利于提高影像诊断率。 Objective To explore the application value of MSCT dynamic enhanced target scanning technique in adrenal gan-glioneuroma, and to analyze the CT features of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Methods 11 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma proved by operation and pathology were collected. The clinical data and MSCT dynamic enhanced thin layer target scanning technique and CT findings were retrospectively analyzed. Results 11 cases in this group underwent dynamic contrast-enhanced MSCT thin tar-get scanning techniques, adn MPR multiplanar reconstruction. Tumors were round or oval, of which 2 cases were "pseudopod sign". In addition to 1 case, the remaining 10 cases were single and solid mass, 2 cases appeared the edge of the visible arc and the shape of calcification foci. CT value in plain scan was 25~33 HU, 1 case hasn' t enhancement after the enhanced scan, 10 cases showed uniform mild enhancement, enhanced amplitude of 0~16 HU. Conclusion Adrenal ganglioma is rare in clinic and has certain imaging characteristics. Combined with dynamic enhanced MSCT, thin layer of target scanning technology can fully display the size, morphology and dynamic enhanced lesion changes and help to improve the diagnostic rate .
