摘要 目的探讨MRI在膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中的应用临床效果。方法将我院2014年~2016年收治给予治疗的膝关节退行性骨关节患者100例,随机分成观察组(MRI检查)和对照组(X线检查),分析两种检查方式的检查结果。结果 MRI检查组的准确率明显高于X线检查组,两种相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节退行性骨关节病的患者,X线检查是早期诊断的基础,MRI检查可以检测出X线显示不出的病变类型。 Objective To evaluate clinical effect of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint degenerative osteoarthropathy. Meth-ods 100 patients with knee degenerative joint, who were treated in our hospital from 2014 to 2016, were randomly divided into randomly divided into observation group ( MRI) and the control group ( X-ray) . The results of two kinds of inspection were ana-lyzed. Results The accuracy of MRI inspection group was obviously higher than that of X-ray inspection group, compared two kinds of differences statistically significant ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion For patients with knee joint degenerative osteoarthropathy, X-ray examination is the basis of early diagnosis. MRI can detect the types of lesions that X-ray has no results, which can be used as the preferred method of clinical diagnosis, worthy of promotion of use.
