摘要
帕金森病的发病病因及机制目前尚不明确,一般认为涉及线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激、免疫异常等诸多过程。寻找出能够提供诸多信息的生物学标志物将会给帕金森病的诊断及治疗带来显著意义。近年来,蛋白质组学的研究与发展的深入,为探究帕金森病的发病病因及其早期诊断提供了良好的技术支持,成为研究中的一个重要工具。因此该文着重论述帕金森病相关蛋白质组学的最新研究进展。
The pathogenesis of Parkinson' s disease is still not clear. Mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress,immune abnormalities are thought to be major reasons. It is necessary to find the biomarkers which can provide a lot of information about the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease. In recent years,with the research and development,proteomics has become an important tool and provides good technical support to explore the pathogenesis of PD and its early diagnosis. Here is to make a review intends to discuss the recent findings of the proteomics field,focusing on Parkinson's disease. In parallel,we has discussed how proteomics may provide potent tools that deserve further exploitation.
