摘要
当前节能控制方法通常通过建立大功率液压机械传动系统的准确数学节能控制模型实现,但在实际应用中,被控对象的准确数学模型很难建立,不仅效率低下,且影响节能控制性能。为此,提出一种新的大功率机械传动系统的高效节能控制方法。介绍了典型的大功率液压机械传动系统图,获取大功率液压机械传动系统在以外界负载为输入,以负载转速为输出的传递函数,得到通过控制发动机转速可达到节能控制目的的结论,在此基础上,通过具有自学习和自适应能力的单神经元建立单神经元自适应智能节能控制器,对大功率液压机械传动系统进行高效节能控制。实验结果表明,所提方法节能控制性能优越,且效率高。
The current energy saving control method usually through the establishment of high power hydraulic mechanical transmission system of energy saving control accurate mathematical model,but in practical application,it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model of the controlled object,not only inefficient,and the effect of energy saving control performance. For this reason,a new high efficiency energy saving control method of high power mechanical transmission system is proposed. The diagram of high power hydraulic mechanical transmission system of a typical,obtaining high power hydraulic mechanical transmission system with external load as input to load speed as output transfer function,obtained by controlling the engine speed control can achieve energy saving objective conclusion,on this basis,the establishment of energy-saving controller of single neuron adaptive intelligence through single neuron self learning and adaptive ability,efficient energy saving control of high power hydraulic mechanical transmission system. The experimental results show that the proposed method has superior performance and high efficiency.
