摘要
采用数值模拟的方法对探空火箭物质释放口前突起物的影响进行了分析。为了提高物质释放可靠性,在不影响火箭飞行特性条件下,去除原有物质释放口堵盖,在释放口前方布置突起物作为导流块,即可防止飞行过程中气流倒灌对物质释放装置的影响,亦可大幅减弱释放口边缘的气动加热效应。探空火箭飞行试验的考核证明了此方案的有效性。
The effect of protuberance before the substance-exit on sounding-rocket was studied using the method of numerical simulation. In order to increase the reliability of substance release and ensure the rocket performances,the blanking cap was removed and protuberance was fixed before the substance-exit. By numerical simulation method the conclusion is reached that the air flowing back into the substance-exit is stopped,and the aerodynamic heating of the substance-exit is weakened sharply. The function has been proved in the flight test.
