中低温余热发电系统有机朗肯循环蒸发器液位动态特性

摘要 中低温余热发电系统有机朗肯循环大型化发展中,维持系统参数稳定是安全经济运行的前题,而蒸发器液位动态特性研究就显得很有必要。通过建立蒸发器液位模型,分析了其内扰和外扰影响因素,并通过事例进行了分析,认为相比以水为做功介质,有机工质蒸发器在外界扰动时响应时间提前30%~50%,幅度增加3倍。为了蒸发器的液位稳定,控制中需要响应速度更快的调节器,或者设计容量更大的蒸发器。 Utilization of low temperature waste heat in large-scale power production process of Organic Rankine Cycle,it is necessary to study the dynamic characteristics of the liquid level of the evaporator in order to maintain the stability of the system parameters. Through the establishment of evaporator liquid level model,the internal disturbance and outside disturbance factors were analyzed.Through a evaporator example calculated and compared with water as medium,results show that organic medium evaporator to external disturbance has 30% - 50% response time faster,three times amplitude than water. In order to stabilize the liquid level of the evaporator,the evaporator a higher capacity and his regulator needs to respond faster.
