自制单孔多通道设备行后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨自制单孔多通道设备行后腹腔镜下肾切除术的可行性、安全性及临床意义。方法:同一治疗组对15例肾肿瘤病人行自制单孔后腹腔镜肾根治性切除术(单孔组),同期对25例肾肿瘤病人行标准后腹腔镜下肾根治性切除术(标准组),比较2组病人的疗效。结果:2组术后住院天数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出血量、手术时间、术后疼痛评分、术后恢复肠道通气时间、术后腹膜后引流管放置时间及切口病人满意度调查评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:自制单孔多通道设备行后腹腔镜下肾切除术安全可行,体表更加美观,值得推广应用。
