摘要
考虑废旧产品的回收再制造周期,研究了两周期闭环供应链应对需求扰动的回收决策和协调问题.建立了确定性需求下的闭环供应链第一及第二周期模型.进而,在需求扰动下根据不同的扰动程度,得出了相应的定价及回收决策,并设计了新的回收数量折扣契约和能力约束线性定价契约,协调闭环供应链的利润.结果表明,当需求扰动造成的废旧产品自愿返还数量变化较小时,保持原回收计划,适当调整回收价格即可;若扰动程度较大,则原计划需相应调整.通过与扰动后仍按原计划执行的情形进行比较,发现协调策略可以减缓需求扰动给闭环供应链带来的影响.
This paper studies the recycling decision and coordination problems of a two-period closed-loop supply chain with demand disturbance for the recycling and remanufacturing period of waste products. The model of the closed-loop supply chain under determined demand in the first and second period are established respectively. Then, according to the degree of disturbance, the corresponding price decision and recycling s- trategy are obtained, and the new recycling quantity discount contract and capacity-constrained linear pricing policy are also designed to coordinate the profit of the closed-loop supply chain. The results show that when the disturbance of the voluntarily return quantities of waste products caused by demand disruption is small, the closed-loop supply chain should keep the original recycling program and adjust the recycling price ap- propriately; otherwise, when the disturbance is large, the original program should be adjusted accordingly. Compared with the situation where the supply chain remains the original program under demand disruption, the coordination strategy can mitigate the impact of the disturbance.
