摘要
麦尔兹石灰窑Φ1 220换向阀装置两侧轴承座在窑膛内部,生产中的高温气体和高浓度粉尘极易烧坏轴承密封,导致轴承失效卡死,更换轴承过程繁琐费时,对生产造成较大影响。对该换向阀装置进行分析并对结构进行改进后,将原轴承座改到窑膛外部,可有效避免轴承卡死等事故的发生,保证生产的稳定运行。
Bearings seat were located inside the chamber and on both sides of Φ1 220 reversing valve of Maerz lime kiln. Bearing seals could be easily burned out by hot gas and high concentration dust during the producing process, which could cause bearing failure and take too much time to replace the bearing and lead a great impact on production. After analyzing the reversing valve and improving its construction,bearing blocks are setted outside of chamber,which effectively avoids the accident of bearing failure etc. and ensures stable production.
