摘要
针对甲醇发动机出现的低温冷起动问题,通过详细分析其冷起动困难的原因,提出多种甲醇发动机低温冷起动技术措施,并对主要的技术措施进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用进气道加热、喷射器加热和进气滚流措施都在一定程度上改善了甲醇发动机的冷起动性能;通过改变燃料组分可有效提高甲醇发动机的冷起动性能,M70和M85高比例甲醇燃料发动机在-25℃低温下能够顺利冷起动。
To improve the cold start performance of methanol engine, this paper analyzes in details the cause of difficulty in cold start and proposes several technical measures to overcome this problem, and these measures had been implemented and tested. The experimental results show that, using inlet heating, injector heating and inlet tumble can improve cold start performance of methane engine to some extent; changing components of methanol fuel can improve cold start performance effectively. M70 or M85 high proportion methane engine can be started smoothly at -25℃.
