摘要 利用Star-CCM+软件和Flowmaster软件,建立了某款插电式混合动力轿车(PHEV)热管理仿真模型,对该车发动机舱进行了CFD分析和冷却系统一维模拟分析。根据仿真结果,针对机舱前端进气泄漏严重、热反流、低温冷却系统冷却水温较高、低温电子部件冷却不足等问题,提出优化冷却模块布置及改善机舱进气密封性等优化措施,该优化方案满足了冷却设计要求。 Thermal management simulation analysis model of a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle(PHEV) based on Star-CCM + and Flowmaster was established, engine compartment air flow CFD analysis was conducted and one dimensional simulation and analysis of cooling system were carried out. Such as the intake air leaks seriously at the front end of the cabin, thermal reflux, low-temperature cooling system cooling water temperature is high, and insufficient cooling of low-temperature electronic components. To solve problems, measures such as optimizing cooling module layout, improving air intake tightness of engine compartment were put forward based on simulation results. This optimization satisfies the cooling requirements of the design.
