摘要 简述7 MW风电底座铸件的特点、技术要求及铸造难度。从铸造工艺和熔炼工艺两方面,介绍了7MW风电底座铸件铸造生产中的关键控制技术,尤其是造型过程中对砂芯支撑、铸件壁厚的控制和熔炼浇注过程中球化孕育处理技术。通过对这些关键技术的控制,解决了生产难点,最终生产出符合质量要求的铸件。为大型风电铸件的生产提供借鉴。 The characteristics, technical requirements and casting difficulties of 7MW main frame for wind power were summarized. The production key control technology of 7MW main frame for wind power was introduced from the two aspects of casting and melting technology, especially for core support during molding, casting wall thickness control and spheroidizing. inoculation technology during melting and pouring. The production difficulties were solved through these key technologies control and castings meet the quality requirements finally. It can provide some experience for large wind power casting production.
