摘要
对比了硅砂和陶粒砂的化学成分和物性参数。通过MAGMA软件模拟分析使用陶粒砂对灰铸铁件冷却过程的影响,并进行了生产验证,从而明确使用陶粒砂生产灰铸铁件在工艺和生产过程中的控制要点。
We contrasted the chemical compositions and physical parameters of silica sand and ceramic sand. The influence of ceramic sand on grey iron casting cooling process was analyzed by the simulation of MAGMA software. The actual production shows that ceramic sand can affect the casting quality. The keyprocesses should be controlled during producing grey iron casting.
