摘要
大学声誉因素主要包括研究、师资、学生、国际化、资源和排行榜几大类及若干具体因素,这些声誉因素具有长期性、关联性、主观性和稳定性的特点。一段时间以来,大学声誉因素呈现出较为明显的外部化、标签化的现象,对声誉因素的解读出现数字化、绝对化的倾向,大学在追求声誉因素的过程中出现一些功利化行为,造成一定的不良影响。文章认为,政府、社会和大学自身应充分认识大学声誉及声誉因素的局限性,客观看待和使用声誉因素,营造良好的声誉机制,发挥声誉对大学发展的积极促进作用。
University ' s reputation factors involve research, teachers, students, internationalization, resources, university' s ranking and some specific factors. They have the characteristics of long - term, relevance, subjectivity, and stability and have shown a more obvious externalization and labeling phenomenon, and the interpretation of reputation factors has become a trend of digitalization and absoluteness for a period of time. In the pursuit of the reputation, the universities have some utilitarian behaviors which result in some bad influence. This paper suggests that government, society and university itself should recognize the limitations of university reputation and reputation factors, objectively view and use reputation factors, create a good reputation mechanism and play a positive role of reputation in promoting university development.
