合作办学这一模式现在已经成为中外联合培养复合型外语人才的最基本和最重要的办学形式。近年来,新疆各高校也积极探索俄语人才培养新模式,即中外合作办学新模式。目前,虽然新疆高校俄语专业的国际化合作办学仍然处于起步阶段,但是新疆高校一定会在未来努力加强与周边地区的合作,大力发展合作办学,培养出既有专业背景又能掌握中亚国家一门语言及民风民俗的高水平俄语人才,这为今后中亚研究可持续发展提供人才保障。
