单轴加载过程煤样声发射及损伤特征实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Research on Characteristics of Acoustic Emission and Damage of Coal Samples Under Uniaxial Loading Process

摘要 为了研究单轴加载过程煤样破裂声波响应特征,采集耿村矿煤样,采用煤岩加载系统和声发射采集系统,对煤样进行单轴加载过程声发射响应特征测试,并对加载过程声发射计数及损伤的响应特征进行了分析。结果显示:随加载进行,声发射参数及损伤响应呈现阶段性特征,并与煤样破坏之间具有较好的匹配性。因此,通过声发射参数的监测,可以对煤样变形、破坏特征进行分析与预测。 In order to study the response characteristics of acoustic wave in coal samples under the uniaxial loading process, coal samples were collected from Gengcun Mine. The coal rock testing system and acoustic emission testing system were used to test a coustic emission signals under the loading process. And the response characteristics of acoustic emission count and damage during the loading process were analyzed. The analyzed results showed that the change laws of damage and acoustic emission count present stage characteristics. The response of acoustic emission has a good matching with the damage characteristics of coal samples in the loading process. Therefore, the damage characteristics of coal samples can be analyzed and predicted through the monitoring of acoustic emission parameters.
