早教师资在职培训需求的研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章基于对早教师资现状的分析,制定早教中心师资在职培训需求问卷,对我国早教机构教师培训现状和需求加以分析,得出以下主要结论:教师参与培训意愿高,但培训本身的吸引力不足;婴幼儿喂养与护理成为被早教机构忽略却被教师需求的培训项目;专家讲座不再是教师首要需求的培训形式;低学历教师有更强烈的培训意愿等。
